Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in every Nestora purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After 14 days, we're unable to accept returns.

Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them
  • In their original packaging, with all accessories and inserts included

Hygiene-Sensitive Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items can only be returned if they are completely unused and in their original, unopened packaging:

  • Nestora Calm Wipe Warmer
  • Nestora Calm Bib Set
  • Nestora Go Breast Pump

Once these items have been opened or used, we're unable to accept them back, even within the 14-day window. We know that's a firm line, but it's one we hold to keep every Nestora product safe for the next mom who receives it.

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@thenestora.store with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (see below).

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@thenestora.store with photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping in these cases and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or product, please start a return for a refund and place a new order.
